Riley’s lifelong love for animals naturally evolved into a passion for helping dogs and their people live better together. She began her journey young, volunteering in shelters and learning under the guidance of an animal behaviorist, experiences that shaped her understanding of canine communication, behavior, and effective, humane training methods.
Riley’s approach is centered around meeting both the dog and the owner where they are, creating customized training plans that build confidence, clarity, and a truly enjoyable partnership.

Who is Riley Jacobs?
Outside of teaching, Riley is deeply involved in the dog sport world with her own dogs. Together they’ve earned advanced titles—including Masters-level achievements in both Rally and Obedience—and they actively compete in dock diving, disc (frisbee), agility, and herding. Whether they’re working on precision in the ring or chasing new challenges outdoors, Riley brings the same enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to her personal dogs as she does to every client she works with.
When she’s not training, you’ll likely find Riley exploring trails, swimming at the lake, or diving into new activities that keep both her and her dogs engaged and happy.
