Meet Danny Bungard, a dynamic dog trainer at Sit Happens and the ultimate people person. An Army veteran, former underwater welder, and devoted family man, Danny’s journey to becoming a top-notch dog trainer is as unique as he is. He used to run his own dog walking business, but realized he could make an even bigger impact by shifting gears. That’s when he set out to find a company that matched his passion and drive, which led him straight to Sit Happens.

Our motto, “live beyond the leash,” resonated deeply with him— especially because it reflects how he lives with his own dog, Baron, a lively Border Collie. Danny’s love for animals and his outgoing nature made him a perfect fit for our team. He has a special knack for understanding both dogs and their owners, helping them build better, stronger bonds.

Never one to settle, Danny is always honing his skills, with the ultimate goal of making sure dogs like Baron can join their families on every adventure. And what adventures they’ve had! Whether they’re conquering snow-capped peaks in Alaska, pub crawling in Jacksonville, kayaking in Florida’s crystal-clear springs, or skateboarding through St. John’s Town Center, Danny and Baron are inseparable.
